Returns & Exchanges

At Mecca Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans unless the product is damaged or incorrect. For brewing equipment and accessories, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or is incorrect.

  • 2.
    Wait for Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable items.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Return

    Securely package your unused equipment or accessories in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag of coffee.
